Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for paralegal and administrative tasks including creating, revising and formatting legal documents, spreadsheets and presentations using the Firm's software; document comparison, proofreading and answering phones, along with other general duties and projects as assigned. On a day-to-day basis, the paralegal works primarily under the direction of an assigned group of Associates and/or Partners. Previous experience supporting at least one partner/high level manager is desirable. Bilingual or Spanish proficiency is preferred. Must have 2+ years of recent estate planning document production experience. Must have Paralegal Certificate or equivalent. Must be California Notary Public. Must have solid command of the English language including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style. Should have proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe. Experience in law firm client management software preferred.
