Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience working in a personal injury law firm and must have trial experience in all phases of the pretrial motions through jury verdict, including filing/drafting pleadings in State and Federal Court. Spanish speaking is a plus. E-Filing (pleadings with Courts) and Client Contact. Experience with Client Profiles is a plus. Experience working at a Plaintiff s personal injury law firm is preferred.
