Part-time Attorney The candidate will review and approve pleadings, motions, garnishments, etc. Will make semi-regular court appearances on behalf of large banks. Should have a J.D. degree with active Bar admission in Texas. Should preferably have 2+ years of litigation experience. Should have collection experience. Must be knowledgeable in collection laws in Texas, as well as applicable federal statutes such as the FDCPA. Active Bar admission in additional states is a plus.
