Construction Litigation Association Attorney The candidate will provide litigation support on large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions. Will assist on extensive document review. Case Law Research. Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda of law. Client relations and communications. Deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance. Reviewing legal issues and preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues. Must have experience in Business Litigation/Construction Litigation; Significant review of documents via electronic review platform. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Summation, document management system- File Site preferred. Should preferably have 1-3 years experience displaying excellent attention to detail, the ability to review voluminous documents and must share the firms commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills required. Construction litigation experience highly preferred. Member of the Florida Bar required.
