Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be a debt defense litigation paralegal with 10+ years of paralegal experience. Position will consist of pleading drafting, managing a team of attorneys and coverage counsel, calendaring, filing, negotiating settlements of debt, speaking with clients, speaking with opposing counsel, performing legal research, etc. Will be assigned to the litigation attorney, and assist with all litigation-related matters. Paralegal certificate or degree is required. Should have excellent customer service skills and feel very comfortable speaking with attorneys as well as clients, mostly on the phone.
