Associate Attorney Product Liability/Mass Tort & Business Litigation The candidate should have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Must have excellent academic credentials. Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible). Experience of motion practice, including preparation and argument. Case management and organization skills. Experience in taking and defending depositions. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience. Will help in drafting and responding to discovery. Development and discovery of experts. Responsible for trial assistance and business development.
