Associate Attorney The candidate will be Responsible for all stages of the foreclosure process including but not limited to client demands, Fair Debt letters, Accels & PRSL, Motions to Amend, Motions to dismiss, title searches, estate and probate issues, SCRA issues. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is needed. Admission to NH and/or RI state bars is a plus. 3+ years of foreclosure or real estate experience is required. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
