Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: drafting pleadings, memos, and correspondence; trial preparation; complying with and propounding discovery; mediation preparation; corresponding with medical providers, clients, and other law firms; maintaining and/or creating medical balance sheets; preparing settlement statements; litigation case management; performing investigative searches; conducting various searches and queries on internet; meeting with clients; scheduling of depositions and hearings; coordination with court reporting companies; and coordinating with outside sources to obtain photos, enlargements and/or trial exhibits. Must have 5+ years of paralegal experience. Plaintiff's PI experience is preferred. Prior experience with Client Profiles or Aderant a plus. Should be skilled in Word, Excel, efiling systems in state and federal courts.
