Charlotte office seeks a help desk supervisor with professional support and supervisory experience. Duties include: planning and coordinating support coverage and new employee training; coordinating and tracking departmental projects and statistics; providing assistance to support staff and users; filling in as needed to assist with high call volumes. Supporting Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on Word advanced features. More than 40 hours per week may be needed to complete essential duties of the position.
