Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of insurance defense litigation matters. Will be summarizing medical records, preparing subpoenas, writing discovery motions, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other requests, as needed. Preparing subpoenas, Performing jury verdict research, Organize and electronically file pleadings and Calendaring. Should have Paralegal certificate, Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' as an insurance defense paralegal.
