Project Level Real Estate and HOA Law Attorney (Remote) The candidate will be responsible to work on a project-level basis from remote office. Looking for the right attorney with high energy and the ability to work remote on a project (case by case) basis as needed. Ability to convert documents produced in the system for review and keep clients satisfied. Prepare files for litigation and trials, communications with opposing parties, trial and hearings, negotiation of settlements, and various aspects of litigation. The candidate must have excellent client relations and business development skills as related to the industry. Timeshare, litigation, contract, and HOA experience is preferred. Most Preferred Jurisdictions: OR, IA, AK, IN, WI, NM and LA. UBE licensing is a plus, and/or multi-licensed candidates strongly preferred. Must enjoy a fast-paced work day, be a self-starter, motivated.
