Associate Attorney The candidate will be managing their own case load working under the direction of senior attorneys. Will be preparing full spectrum of employment based petitions via communication with clients and USCIS and other government departments. Candidate must have 2+ years immigration law experience in employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. Excellent verbal, written communication and superior client service oriented delivery skills are must.
