Mass Tort and Product Liability Staff Attorney The candidate must have experience with all phases of toxic tort litigation including, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and extensive communication with clients. Must have experience taking depositions of parties and/or fact witnesses in asbestos and benzene litigation pending in Missouri or Illinois. Must have an excellent academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Must have a Missouri bar license. An Illinois bar license is preferable as well but firm will accept commitment to obtain an Illinois license as soon as possible.
