Legal Secretary The candidate will join personal injury law firm, be responsible to request medical records; Manage calendars and schedules; Open, organize and update client files; Answer telephones, document and relay messages; Greet clients; Type correspondence; Proofing, and editing a variety of documents; Prepare and manage correspondence (incoming/outgoing mail); Compose and draft documents, forms and correspondence as required. (e.g., Help claims adjuster with demand package, letters to clients and Insurance companies; Management of client lists; Interpret for Attorney-Client meetings and conversations. Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Document. Strong written and verbal communication skill are needed. Experience working as a legal secretary is a major plus. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
