Junior Associate Attorney Candidate will be focused primarily on business and real estate transactions and litigation. Will possess the following: JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted and in good standing with the State Bar of California. 1-3 years of transactional or litigation experience. Excellent communication and follow-through skills. Excellent research, analytical, verbal, and writing skills. Must be a team player, motivated, organized, and possess a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling all phases of litigation matters, including preparing pleadings/motions, making court appearances, drafting and responding to discovery, and taking depositions is preferable. Arbitration/trial experience is a plus.
