Bilingual Immigration Or Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Assisting with specific tasks required to resolve immigration cases, Maintain and document communication with existing clients, Confirm hearings and court dates with various courts as well as with clients, Prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to U.S. government agencies, Manage assigned case files and attorney files organized, Use research skills and communication skills to draft client applications and petitions as well as correspondence with courts and other government agencies, Collect, review and translate client documents, Maintain clear communication channel with clients to help guide them through their legal process, Must maintain a high level of attention to detail and timeliness. Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for: Intake interviews with potential new family members and reviewing with attorney, Contacting Insurance companies and assisting family members throughout the duration of the case., Drafting Demand Letters to be reviewed by attorney, Requesting medical records, Must maintain a high level of attention to detail and timeliness. Must be fluent in both written and verbal Spanish.
