Candidate will be preparing cases, legal research, demand writing, depositions, hearings, meetings with clients, witnesses, and experts, and ultimately trials law firm specializing in Personal Injury. Must have: JD degree and member in good standing of Tennessee State Bar, additional bar admissions beneficial. 3+ years Personal Injury litigation experience. Ability to work well on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff. Must be a self-starter who displays attention to detail. Excellent research and writing skills.
