Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury) The candidate will handle personal injury cases. Will draft legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings and discovery. Administrative duties including filing, scanning, calendaring and organizing files. Data entry into case management system. Handle trial preparation. Communicate with client, court and defense counsel personnel. High school diploma is required. Must have 3-5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably personal injury. Experience with Needles case management/document management software preferred.
