Trademark Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting with all facets of the trademark prosecution process. Must have 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience in mid-sized or larger firm setting, with an ability and demonstrated track record performing the following tasks: Conducting, reviewing, and analyzing preliminary and comprehensive trademark searches in the U.S. and internationally using third-party search platform; Preparing and assisting in all aspects of the prosecution of trademark applications, communicating with the PTO, and maintaining clients' portfolios; Proficiency with use of the USPTO's online filing systems, including TEAS and the Assignment Branch; familiarity with foreign filings/WIPO and managing relationships with foreign counsel; Supporting global brand protection/enforcement efforts, including reviewing trademark watch notices, reviewing app store, social media and website reports, and filing take down notices; Experience with TTAB proceedings and basic filings, managing TTAB deadlines; Managing trademark docket, meeting all maintenance deadlines, overseeing all maintenance filings.
