Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do case management, drafting pleadings, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document reviews, research, collecting and analyzing records and trial preparation. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience, a paralegal degree/certificate, familiarity with billable timekeeping and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules. Must be familiar with various areas of law including to insurance defense, professional malpractice, personal injury and premises liability.
