Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary The candidate should have 5 years legal assistant/legal secretary experience in litigation and workers compensation and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. This position will include secretarial duties such as document preparation, filing documents with the courts, scheduling depositions and other events, overseeing files and billing. Must have experience with electronic filing of documents, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and possess acute attention to detail.
