Associate Attorney The candidate will manage clients cases from beginning to end; writing and submitting USCIS applications such as naturalization applications, motions to continue, motion for bond, motion to reopen, cancellation of removal, briefs, asylum package. Attend Immigration Court bonds, master calendar and individual merit hearings. Must have 1-2 years experience in immigration law, and also have knowledge of family based immigration, I-601, I-212, I-602 waivers and must have license to practice law in any state. Knowledge of work visa is a plus. Should preferably know Arabic language.
