Seeking Medical Malpractice Paralegal with experience in medical malpractice/personal injury. Candidate will insurance defense and medical malpractice. Will be reviewing medical records, analysis and preparation of medical chronologies, propounding discovery, responding to discovery, witness and expert contact and deposition preparation. Must have excellent written and communication skills, the ability to multi-task is a must. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience handling healthcare and/or personal injury matters as a paralegal, 1,600 hours billable requirement.
