Senior Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will conduct legal research and initial case assessments. Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc). Schedule lay and expert witness meetings and depositions in standard as well as multi-party cases. Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices. Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests. Assist with witness preparation. Provide assistance with case settlements. Associate's degree is required. College degree is required. Should have 10+ years of Personal Injury experience. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Spanish skills are preferred.
