Associate Attorney The candidate will work for trusts, estates, related litigation, and general probate. Must have 2-3 years of prior litigation experience, familiarity with discovery, and an understanding of the litigation process. Bar membership is preferred. Familiarity with trusts, estates, or probate is a plus. Must be a self-starting, intelligent associate for Strong written and oral communication skills are critical. Should be capable of preparing written pleadings, briefs, and other filings under the oversight of a senior attorney. Should also be comfortable meeting and speaking with clients (generally with a senior attorney), and appearing in court.
