Written Discovery, Depositions, Law and Motion. Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases. Prepare for Trial and try cases. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, 2-3 years of actual litigation experience is required. Strong background in Personal Injury or Employment Litigation
