Experienced Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate must have the ability to represent clients in court and work on a variety of family-based and asylum immigration matters. Should be someone with cancellation of removal, family-based petitions, U-Visa, waivers, bond motions, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English (writing and speaking) required. JD and licensure in any state or territory are required. Successful bar results and induction scheduled also acceptable.
