Associate Attorney The candidate will assist in handling cases involved in the defense of trucking companies and their drivers. A background or interest in transportation will be very helpful. Must have 1-2 years of litigation experience in handling discovery matters. Build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Provide legal support including investigation, discovery, depositions and trial. Maintain client relationships with trucking companies and insurance carriers. Prepare status reports, case analysis and evaluation of bodily injury claims. Missouri and Illinois Bar Admission is required.
