Temporary Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and review of various contractual agreements. Should be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Must have 3+ years of experience in both commercial litigation and transnational work. Experienced in drafting pleadings and motions is required. Experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements is needed. Should be familiar with NJ Rules of Court, NY State Rules and Federal Rules of Practice. Exemplary legal research and writing abilities are essential. Must be equipped to manage discovery and deposition preparation, and be comfortable making court appearances. Should be a team player and have the ability to work creatively and with initiative.
