Associate Attorney The candidate must be a hardworking, driven, ambitious, self-starting associate with 0 to10 years commercial and/or construction litigation experience. Will work on cases for our existing clients as well as to help grow our Firm by bringing in a minimum net of $30,000.00 collectible fees from new clients to the Firm in the first year. Must have strong people, researching, writing, advocacy and analytical skills and be capable of handling cases from start to trial. Should have arbitration, District, Superior and Federal Court room experience.
