Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will be drafting legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings and discovery. Will be managing administrative duties including filing, scanning, calendaring and organizing files. Data entry into case management system. Handling trial preparation. Communication with client, court and defense counsel personnel. At least a high school diploma degree is needed. Should have 3-5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably personal injury. Experience with Needles case management/document management software is preferred. Strong written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are needed.
