Part-time Patent and Trademark Attorney The candidate will be responsible for patent and trademark projects originating from the firm's offices in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Utah. A technical degree is required. Must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Should be comfortable working independently and remote from the other firm members. Should also be comfortable preparing patent applications for all types of inventions and to help clients with trademark matters as well. Regular client interaction will be involved and good client skills are important.
