Paralegal/Law Clerk The candidate will draft standard pleadings including answers, third party summonses and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, order processes and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax and other records, summarize transcripts, review and summarize medical records, trial preparation, communicate with experts. Paralegal certificate OR Juris Doctor Degree is required. Should preferably have 2+ years of NV litigation paralegal/law clerk experience.
