Junior Associate Attorney The candidate must have experience in or an interest in business, employment or public entity litigation to assist in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial, in both state and federal court. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required. Prior law firm experience is preferred. Should either be member in good standing with the California State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
