Paralegal - Mass Tort The candidate will handle daily case management. Order, review and summarize medical bills and records. Client communication as necessary. E-filing and answering discovery. And other duties as assigned. Paralegal with mass tort or medical malpractice experience preferred. Must possess strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be proficient in local and federal case filings (ECF/Pacer). Previous MDL experience preferred. Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate is essential. Bachelor s Degree Preferred.
