Immigration Paralegal Candidate will be responsible for managing a case load which includes preparing and filing petitions with the USCIS and other government agencies, tracking client expiration dates, monitoring status of cases, and working with clients to keep cases moving forward. a Bachelor's degree and interest in business immigration, preferably with some experience handling employment-based cases. Must be a proactive, self-motivated problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Must also have excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, and also strong organization skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
