Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have experience in Immigration law. Must have 2 years of recent immigration legal experience handling all aspects (drafting, preparing, and filing, etc.) of family-based immigration petitions and applications, including adjustment of status, citizenship, consular processing, and waiver applications. Must have experience drafting affidavits and responses to RFE s. Ideal candidate should be experienced, a self-starter, congenial, passionate, and capable of working under minimal to moderate supervision. Candidate must be detail-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
