Attorney (Workers' Compensation) The candidate will work with very experienced and successful Workers Compensation Defense attorneys. Must have 2 years of experience in all aspects of workers compensation. Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and detail-oriented. Must have excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills to join team. Must have current California State Bar License/Membership in good standing. Must have skills: Legal research; Deadline driven; Attention to detail; Hard-working; Excellent rapport with clients. Deposition experience preferred (Applicant and Doctor). Some Trial experience preferred.
