Environmental Law Attorney The candidate must have experience in handling matters involving most major environmental statutes including Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, NEPA and CERCLA. Both candidates with significant litigation experience and candidates who have significant experience in permitting and compliance with little or no litigation experience are sought. Must have strong record of litigating citizen suits, toxic torts, cleanup site contribution actions, and/or advocating on behalf of industry trade groups. Candidates with permitting and regulatory experience will be able to demonstrate a strong record of advising clients on state and federal statutes including Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act. Preference will be given to those with experience working with the aquaculture, petroleum, maritime, mining, and timber industries.
