Labor & Employment Attorney The candidate will work in the labor and employment department. Duties include performing legal research, providing day-to-day advice & counsel directly to clients, drafting legal memoranda, motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery activities and investigations, and drafting position statements, employee handbooks, employment agreements, etc. Should have admission to Ohio stat Bar. Must have 2+ years of experience practicing in labor and employment law, preferably with litigation and HR advice & counsel experience. Strong persuasive writing skills are required.
