Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience (preferably in Personal Injury and/or Criminal Defense). Must have familiarity with drafting Motions/Pleadings and excellent research/writing skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills needed. Ability to build rapport with clients is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills must. Spanish Speaking a plus. Must be a member of the Bar in MD and/or DC and/or VA.
