Employee Benefits Associate Attorney The candidate will focus on researching employment-related topics; preparing and revising multi-state employment handbooks and policies; preparing employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and release agreements for multiple states; responding to charges of discrimination; and providing assistance with projects related to deferred compensation agreements, employee benefits, and ERISA-related matters. Employment/Employee Benefits law experience of 2+ years and a strong desire to grow the practice is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written skills, a strong work ethic, and strong academic credentials.
