Client Service Attorney The candidate will practice estate planning in with all essential training provided to the right candidate. This position is within our expanding Client Service Program, which seeks to assist past estate planning clients of the firm in updating their existing trusts, wills, and advanced directives. Specific responsibilities include the review of client files to identify potential areas clients may need to revisit, as well as contacting clients to schedule the meeting and physically conducting the in-office review meetings with the client. This position will have an individual weekly sales goal that the attorney will be responsible to maintain. Managing relationships both with clients as well as with the firm s affiliated vendors. Providing general team support to the Tri-City Estate Planning Division as well as administrative assistance in file maintenance, organization, data entry, etc. As such, some travel between Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw branches may be required. J.D. required. Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan.
