Seeking a Finance Attorney with 3+ years of large firm transactional experience. The candidate will play a leading role on its borrower-side finance team, principally partnering with nationally-recognized private equity group to represent private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisition financings, alternative financings, recapitalizations, restructurings and other interactions with lenders. Must have significant experience representing borrowers and issuers IN large syndicated credit facilities, have knowledge of current market terms and trends, and familiarity with various debt structures (first lien, second lien, mezz, unitrache, cash flow, ABL, etc.). Must have excellent professional judgment and strong motivation to provide exceptional service.
