Associate Attorney - Entry Level The candidate handle all aspects of litigation. The associate will be exposed to a wide array of litigation including family law, personal injury, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, be organized and able to work independently, have litigation experience in at least one of the areas of practice and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. TN Bar admission is required as well as a reliable car because Court appearances can be geographically dispersed. This is an entry level position, some litigation experience is required.
