Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should possess excellent communication and writing skills whose responsibilities will include drafting, opposing, and replying to various motions, including discovery motions. Duties are not limited to, but includes all administrative duties for their assigned attorney - faxing, filing, speaking with clients, follow up with providers, requesting medical records, bills and affidavits, closing out cases, preparing trial binders, scheduling events on attorneys calendar, etc. Personal injury trial experience is required (3+ years). Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments with amount of cases assigned. Ability to speak Spanish is required.
