Associate Attorney The candidate will learn how to litigate, research, write, persuade, and negotiate from top-notch lawyers. Will work directly under one or more of the Firm's partners performing all aspects of civil litigation. Prepare pleadings and discovery. Research the law and write great motions. Will appear at hearings, take and defend depositions, and second or third chair trials. Should have a Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school with a license to practice in California and 1-3 years of experience. Experience of 1 year in Attorney is required. JD required. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have strong writing skills. Must be willing to put in substantial effort to become a good writer.
