Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience. Should preferably have excellent research and writing skills and be able to produce well written and persuasive motions and pleadings. Prior experience with depositions, hearings, trials, and status conferences is necessary. Should preferably be barred in CT/NY, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have 1 year of Motion Practice experience. Must have 1 year of Deposition experience. Must have 1 year of Trial experience. 2 years of Litigation experience is required. Active Connecticut Attorney License is required.
