Senior Paralegal - Finance The candidate will be preparing and filing Articles of Incorporation / Organization, state qualifications, and organizational and related documents. In addition, will file Amendments, prepare merger documents, UCC searches and filings, and prepare and file annual reports in states where corporations are incorporated and/or qualified to do business. Also be responsible for blue sky filings for private placements and Regulation A offerings. In addition, assist with real estate and financing closings. The candidate should have BA/BS degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Must have 8+ years as a finance or corporate and securities paralegal. Must have private company experience. Strong Blue Sky research skills is required. Must have experience with entity formation and qualification. Real estate closing experience a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred. Large firm experience is preferred.
