Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with other attorneys on legal projects and assignments. Communicate with clients regarding legal counseling and to provide status reports. Should have JD from an accredited law school. Should have 1-2 years of experience. Must have Colorado bar admission for diverse litigation practice including securities litigation and regulation, commercial and business litigation, and professional liability litigation. Strong writing and analytical skills is must. Experience with client counseling and handling depositions, dispositive motions, mediations and arbitrations is plus. Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures are desired.
